Terms of Service & Commercial Conditions

B2B Enterprise Agreement: Lamis Network offers entity fraud scoring, managed egress proxy pools, and threat intelligence. Services are provided strictly to verified legal entities and authorized commercial professionals. By subscribing, purchasing quota, or invoking API endpoints, the Customer agrees to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy below.

1. Operating Entity & Merchant of Record

Lamis Network is a commercial cybersecurity and network telemetry service operated by Einzelunternehmen Grechanyi (operating commercially under the trade name Grecciani Labs, Vienna, Austria), serving as the official Merchant of Record for all subscriptions, payments, and commercial contracts.

2. Commercial Provisioning & Access

Access to Lamis Network services is provisioned via API keys (Bearer tokens) or authenticated proxy credentials. API keys are strictly confidential and must not be published or transferred to third parties without prior written authorization.

5. Invoicing, VAT & Settlement

As an Austrian registered business (Einzelunternehmen Grechanyi / Grecciani Labs, Vienna, Austria), official commercial invoices are generated for all transactions:

EU Businesses with VIES VAT ID: Reverse charge mechanism applies (0% VAT pursuant to Art. 196 EU VAT Directive).
Austrian Domestic Entities: Standard Austrian statutory VAT (20%) is applied.
Payment Methods: Stripe B2B card invoicing, SEPA instant transfers, and approved cryptocurrency settlement.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Customers must not use Lamis Network infrastructure for any unlawful or abusive activities. Specifically prohibited actions include:

Executing Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, brute-force attacks, or credential stuffing.
Conducting unauthorized port scanning or active vulnerability exploitation.
Disseminating malware, spam, phishing, or unlicensed copyright infringement.
Interfering with financial systems, credit card testing, or payment laundering.

Violation of the AUP results in immediate termination of API credentials without refund and potential notification of competent European regulatory authorities.

5. Passive Telemetry & Risk Disclaimers

Our Fraud Scoring API and Threat Intelligence services utilize passive reconnaissance methods (public routing tables, DNS records, known threat databases). While engineered for high accuracy, risk scores are advisory telemetry indicators intended to assist Customer's autonomous fraud controls. Lamis Network does not warrant that any single score constitutes absolute proof of malicious or non-malicious intent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian commercial law, Lamis Network's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the aggregate fees paid by the Customer in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the competent commercial court in Vienna, Austria.
